Defective piece of laptop

Sir,
I purchased HP 15RO36TU from Arcee Electronics Kharghar on 2/9/2015. After that the harddrive crashed in mar 2015. The same was
replaced after my complaint.But the replaced one is having a expiry date which is prior to date of manufacturing of laptop. It means a older one. Again the same issue came up in june 1st week. I had to complaint again. On telephonic talk with one of HP customer care personnel i was asked to take system restore. Since backup of my data was nt possible i had already lost my important & useful data.After that till today i am under mental stress that whether my laptop will work properly for the rest of my life. Since this problem occurred within 2 mths of replacement of hard disk, i always prayed that it should work properly. I also asked for a unit replacement 2nd time when same issue came up,but was denied by them. Only replacement of spare will be done. Now since 15-20 days there is scrolling of the screen. I reported this to HP & was assured of services. But i am not ready for servicing. I am not at all satisfied with the product & servicing. The page displays very slowly although i use wifi. What if these all problems keep on repeating frequently after warranty period. I have sent mail to HP on 25/8/2015.

I hereby request you to look into this matter & relieve me from the mental stress that i am facing because of non- functioning of laptop properly.
