Customer harassment and pathetic service…Den is Fraud…
Myself Dipti Ranjan Nayak. On 15 Aug 2015 I called at the customer care and booked for connection and the person arrived at my door step with in a hour for document and cheque collection. He did several fake commitments like ”your installation will be be done by tomorrow any how”. but that didn’t happen. then I called at the customer care and they are like good for nothing. FULL OF FAKE COMMITMENTS. I asked him that ”do i need to stop the payment” . He said it’s not required because your cheque will not be en-cashed till the installation has done. But the amount of 2565 got deducted from my account. Basis on their commitment I gave another cheque to different department. and that cheque got bounced because of Den Boomband deduction of 2565. I called more than 20 times at the customer care but they are pathetic. Again fake commitments like ”our supervisor will connect you within 30 mins, 1 hour”. but I haven’t received a single call from the customer care.I have spoken to Pramod, Navdeep, Aman, Ravi, Akash Jaishwal, Super visor – Avinabh, supervisor – Pradeep and many more. All are so pathetic. God help the company. They don’t know how to speak, they are not calibrated at all, Their words are very much different from one to another. They don’t know the company policies. all are giving fake commitments. They don’t even care about the problem what the customer is facing. I have been charged 2565 without any connection, without any installation. Now they are playing with the customer.
So friends. Don’t go with Den…They are totally Fraud…
