I’m a sufferer (not User) of Faber product and in my case it is the service; I lodged a complaint on May’15 for my chimney – the Technician visited and charged me for the visit. He then said that some motors (two) need to be replaced; he brought the two motors within a few days but because of I don’t know what, both the motors blew off at the same time. I had been waiting since then – I lost count of how many times I had called the toll free number and everytime I was assured that within the next 3/4 days it will be fixed. From May it ios now mid-August, nothing has been done. I was asked to get in touch with their have Service Manager by the name of Ramesh Singh (+91 9899136648) – he doesn’t answer his phone or responds to text messages.
I have never been more disgusted with any Company before – it is time that we name and shame them
