I am writing you to bring into your notice an unpleasant event happened with me , I booked my ticket through makemytrip with booking id AN230319048416 , PNR no @ RF6LQE , and cancelled it as i changed the date of the ticket , as per gudience of spice jet staff , he assured me i will get full refund if i give new PNR to spicejet . i did it and gave the new PNR no within 2 hours of talk . and i emailed them for refund . Spicejet told they already refunded to MMT within 48 hours and i didnt get my money back wihich is 359 aed. till date ticket was booked on 31st july .i am writing several emails but getting no satisfactory reply .
pls help me get my hard earned money . i will realy grateful to u .

Please be informed that the full refund of 5,799 INR has been already processed against vide mentioned PNR dated 1st August‘15, towards the same travel agency (Make My trip) account from which the booking was confirmed. We would request you to kindly get in touch with your concern travel agency for refund claim.
Kindly do confirm once the amount reflects into your account.
