Violation to the right to information

I purchased a product from (Pepperfry. com) this site as a gift and sent it to my parents in Delhi and paid it through my debit card. However due to some personal reasons, they could not accept it. I read on the site before purchasing that no 100% cash back could be awarded for the product if not damaged. I called them up and asked them to take the product back and credit my account by the remaining money. But they refused to do so. They denied the return request and said no money could be refunded. There was no such information mentioned on the site or the product information. Kindly help me. I am a student.
