I had brought a MTS homespot wifi dongle from the matrix marketing solutions A/96 saket near metro station NEW DELHI 110030 on dated 11/08/2015. at rupees 1100. Product is postpaid and no is 8459541383.my verification has been done by MTS on 12.08.2015 an still I am not been use its services because it has not been activated from the server till now instead of filling too many complaints to the customer care regarding these issues i am not getting any satisfactory solution.they keeping me on hold for long time.i am fedup form this product. DUE TO THEM I AM NOT BEEN ABLE TO SUBMIT MY CDS FORM LAST DATED 14.08.2015
I want full com pulsation.PLEASE help me.
