Plan failed.

Sir,
I recharge my Reliance GSM mobile No. 9778191590 for Rs. 220/- on dt.27.06.2015 vide order no. #1048721746 at 10.04.54 AM through Paytm . In the website of Paytm it was clearly indicated that, in recharge of Rs.220/- an amount of Rs.240/- will be posted to Reliance GSM prepaid.(in Browse plans of Reliance GSM Orissa). I selected Rs.220/- to recharge my Reliance prepaid mobile 9778191590, which was successfully recharged, but Rs.190/- was posted to my account instead of Rs.240/-. I lodge complaint before Paytm. They agreed about the existence of the plan but did not returned me the excess amount they have taken.
