Railway another name of Dirt & Filth

I was travelling in Train No:12551 YPRKYQ AC EPRESS in B6 on Berth
No:LB1 alongwith my wife on LB 4 vide PNR No:4160539275.
I found the coach awfully dirty and complaint to the TTE whose name
was ‘Sanjay’. He posed as if he was attending my complaint but without
a fruitful result. Rather he narrated me the story of the same train
the other day which was dirtier than the present one. Then I asked him
to provide me the complaint book. To my this demand he promised me to
take me to the Guard of the train and then vanished into thin air.
When I second time I met him just before reaching Chennai and
reiterated him my complain and also complained him about the coach
attendant who was not ready to provide me the second bed sheet, he
obliged me by asking the attendant to do as required. However, when I
reminded him about the complain book, he evaded my question by
repeating the same thing.
I had to literally quarrel with the attendant whose photograph I am
enclosing here.
There was no water neither in the wash basin nor in the toilet the
next day even. I am enclosing the video clips as a proof.
The next day I approached the Guard of the train (whose photograph is
enclosed) and requested him for the complain book as my complain was
not attended to by the running staff. He asked me to request the TTE
for the same. I understood their game. They were passing the buck to
each other and making a fool of me.
I am enclosing all the relevant video clips just to bring to light the
apathy of the Indian railway.

I got a reply of the complaint filed on 15.05.2014 to Railway only on 11.08.2015 in the following words:

I filed a complaint to the Railway on 15.52014 with all the relevant video clips just to bring to light the apathy of the Indian railway and received their reply only on 11.08.2015 in the words as under:
“THE CASE IS CLOSED TO CONCENTRATE ON CURRENT COMPLAINTS. THE PASSENGER IS REQUESTED TO PLEASE BEAR WITH US AND RESUBMIT A FRESH COMPLAINT” (VIDE Sr.DCM/MAS NOTE No.M/C/50/COMPLAINTS DATED 16/03/2015)
