Sir yesterday I purchased a Lava Iris X8 mobile from Lot mobiles , gangaram branch, Hyderabad. It is not getting upgraded to Lollipop as mentioned on the Box neither getting connected to wifi or data. When i called them for replacement they are saying that will just change the setting and return the same mobile. They are not ready to accept any replacement or allow to purchase any other mobile.
