This is related a Clothing Store based in Borivali “Sagar Collection” (mens wear clothing) – Shop no.3, Vasudev Bhuvan, Kasturba Road, Opp. Radha Krishana Hotel, Borivali – East, Mumbai – 66.
Buyed one Trouser of a brand “Irony” from the clothing store, after the 2nd wash the color of trouser gets dull, and threads came out from all over the trouser. as i complaint these thing to the store manager n sales person, they refuse to exchange it, and not a single positive response they reverted. only the thing they said “its nothing new that color gets dull or anything of these Brand’s Trouser, we cant help you in this.”
On the day of buying they assure me that the color will not get dull, not a single problem you will face.
Hence they are not paying back my money. staff n owner are very rude & unprofessional.
I Hope this complaint will take a good step.
