Deducting balance without my concern

“Reliance” is no more reliable. . Really sorry to say but I want to let people know what “Reliance” is doing with their customers. .
They are activating some services by their own without informing their customers, then deducting the balance from the main account. They have done the same with me..after that they blocked my number so particularly from my phone number I couldn’t even contact the customer care..I phoned them from another number and complaint, but though that was their fault, they refused directly to refund the balance…they even made me more surprised by saying that they don’t even know about the facilities of that service which they deducted the money for..52 rupess is not a huge amount but my question is why should they rob people’s money without even their concern by activating so called useless services…..plz share it if u all really want to stop this ..
