Faulty Product/ Bad After Sales Service

I have purchased a ceiling fan from M/s.Laxmi Sanitary Electric & Hardware, Malad (West) on May 31, 2015. Few days ago it started making noise so I called the customer care which provided me with their authorized service center number. I contacted them, and to my surprise, when I spoke to the mechanic Mr. Ramesh Prajapti (Mobile No. 1234567890 ) I had a shocking experience of my life. When I asked him when he would come to repair the ceiling fan which is under warranty, so that his visit is not futile, he said it depends on his mood whether to come or not, He was so rude that when I asked about his superiors he gave a number which is not working. Now it makes me feel as if I made a grave crime by lodging a complaint against a faulty product. Hence I have no option but to approach you as the associates attending helpline of customer care are not trained on the subject and give generic answers or disconnect the line if additional information is requested from them.
