Fraud with users by generating incorrect bill

Sir I am using Vodafone postpaid number 8005416408 for three months from January to march and I got that they generate my bill incorrectly which is not applicable to my plan which I choose from there store but instead of that they generate bill by adding those charge which is not applicable to me according to my plan. And after that they disable my connection and revert back my connection to BSNL from where I port my number to Vodafone and they say that they are not responsible for this inconvenience.

Secondly he claims their bill in front of PUBLIC COURT, Gorakhpur that I am not depositing my bill on time and according to that legal notice which should be generated by court is that I am legible for fine and any type of action.
So please rectify my problem and give me appropriate suggestion and take action against the inconvenience by that company
