Defective Product by New Classic Furniture

Have purchased a Wardrobe from a New Classic Furniture in Mira road thane district however the product is having a defective have asked the retailer to replace but there is no response from the retailer it’s almost 2 months since complaining to the retailer have paid the entire Amt of 20000 but the retailer is saying can’t replace it. Hence want to complaints about this and want my compensation. Hope to receive the response for this complaint soon
