Dear Sir,I have Booked one 3 BHK Flat Measuring 1640 Sq Ft in Assotech Nest,Tower F,Crossing Republic in July,2012.Its Been More Than 3 Years I have Not Received Possession of My Flat as Construction of same is Stopped from Last 1 Year.I have Marked more than 10 mails to Builder Regarding the Status & Final Possession date of Said Flat.I have Visited Builder office as well as have Tried to Contact over the Phone But Still he is Not giving any Proper Revert.I have taken a Loan Regarding said Flat & have Made almost 75 % Fund to the Builder.
Sir Would request you to Kindly look into my case & help me to get my Deposited Money Refunded asap
