Sir I recharged my reliance pre paid sim for cell no 9018289731 on 2/8/15 & received successful recharge SMS at 6.41pm for Rs 59/ I already had Rs 18/ bal.but where d amt. has gone I fail to understand no doubt it is a small amt. but it is not fair to dupe customers & that too by a prestigious company like reliance by these practices customer lose faith I tried my best to contact customer care but of no avail
