Cheated by EBAY

Cheated BY EBAY – Online stores

Unfortunately on 30/06/15 i have ordered one ladies helmet with item number as 141706127083 & Paisapay ID 39613008374
Please note i have already paid 100% payment also. Actually while ordering i have been shown that the helmet’s will be Pink Color with Air went on back side with delivery assurance on 06/07/15.
First the material not reached on time – after 2 weeks of wait & after my cancellation of order and request for my money back – the delivery happened – but the item is different as there is no air vent on back side – also there was no ISI mark on the helmet
How come a company like EBAY are allowed to sell the safety items with out any quality marks as recommended by the law of land –

Their so called customer support is so arrogant and they just don’t care about customers – I will only conclude that I feel I have been cheated by EBAY online fraud store
