Not Delivery the product

Hi, actually I have ordered 2 products from Snapdeal On 24th of July 2015 whose order id is:7443438678, now out of 2 products I have received one, that is “FitHit 6 In 1 Weight Lifting Multi Purpose Bench Press” it was delivered by Blue Dart, they have delivered the product before the estimated date. Thank you so much for the services.
Now for the other one “Headly 72 Kg Home Gym, 14 Inch Dumbbells, 2 Rods, Gym Backpack, Accessories” estimated date was 31st July 2015 to 3rd of August and it was about to delivered through Vulcan Express Services but sorry to say that till now I haven’t received the product. I have called several times to that courier company with the AWB No P100302759 but every time I heard that “Your product is missing, we are trying our level best to get it delivered”. I have also called Snapdeal customer care and they send me a sms with the AWB no and asked me to call Vulcan Express. Now kindly let me know, what kind of service is these? I had faith on Snapdeal. Why I should call Vulcan Express several time, it is completely responsibility of Snapdeal. I was about to gift these products to someone on a particular day. But Snapdeal let me down from my nearest one.
