Your HDFC bank has really putted me in a very embarassing situation. I have opened the salary account with Account Number:- 50100103293645 in your Kormangla branch, Bangalore, Karnataka. The moment my salary was credited in my account I found all my transaction modes blocked be it NETBANKING, MOBILE BANKING, ATM Withdrawl and DEBIT CARD payment. Even after making around 20-30 calls with your useless customer care my issue is still resolved. Its really a pathetic service offered in my entire banking experience. None of your executive is aware of what actually is the problem and whenever I call them they transfer my call to some another agent and them ultimately my call is dropped of automatically. Its really irritating and now its high time. Please either activate it as I can’t bear the loss posed to me by your bank by locking me down financially.
