Listen the service centre of Microsoft in Agra U.P is so worst that anybody can not happy. I went to service centre of Sanjay place and I told that my phone is overheat. She takes the phone and gave to the engineer to check for formality only he download software in the phone but my other problems I.e overheat and my back button is not working he scolds me and use abuse language to me and one thing is also that when I am sitting 2-3 customers came and I exclaimed that the behaviour is same as to me. So i request to take action angaist him.
