Hi,
I have done booking through Make my trip mobile app, booking id NF7201055701668. Where I ave booked for 29th August 2015 but ticket got booked for 29th July 2015. I realized same when I got reminder message for my travel on 28th July.
I have contacted Make my trip but they said this is my problem & sent me some log .
I asked the requested their representative Mohd. Younis to connect me to his supervisor , which initialy he denied & after telling again , he said they all are very busy ant cant talk write know, when I ask there no. he denied, then I said I will wait, after keeping me engaged on call for more than 1 hour , he said some senior from Make my trip will call me back with in 90 minutes but no one called.
As today was the wrongly book travel date, I though I will pusue that matter later , let me change the travel date , which I tried through App, & the final calculation came as New Booking Charge as 8078/- , Date Change penalty 6150/- & Previous paid amount 8711/- (while the charged 9311/-) so net payable 5517/-
out of which , I paid 891 through my payback points & balance 4626/- through my credit card saved details from Make my trip & entered the OTP as well. After that for long time the was no activity on app for very long & later it came back to home screen.
Then I called to make my trip & there representative Ambrish came on call & was keep on arguing That there is no such record. He also told me that there is problem in make my trip mobile app & advised me to use web option always. Later I started my phone’s recorder & informed him for same & asked him to repeat what he said , and I have full recording as well. I asked him to give me same on writing , which he denied, then I asked him that yesterday Younis has shared me log , you also share me log, which he said there is no log available in system. I asked to give same in writing that there is no details available in make my trip for same, which he agreed , later he told he can see the credit towards my payback point redemption, then I said now you complete transaction for which he told me additional charges , which I said not correct , on that he told on phone charges will be more. Then I asked him to connect me to his senior , which he said no one is available, after telling I will go to consumer forum , he agreed , then again asked me no one available, do it yourself online. I tried online & again on App now at both places it was told that same is not possible , after informing same to him he told me I have to pay 6800/- to get same done on phone. Then when I forcefully asked him to connect to supervisor , he kept me waiting for long & connected to person Rajpal who was floor supervisor. He also not provided any solution & even after telling about problem of site & app , he kept on saying he do not have any information about site problem , I have to either do myself or pay additional.
I have asked him to do as I was not having any other option, they placed my call on hold & never lifted same back. I waited for long time & then disconnected.
I have canceled ticket now.
This is clearly a loot from make my trip.
I want my full money back with additional amount towards the time loss & harassment.
