I placed an order for Arduino UNO R3 board with DIP ATmega328P via www. snapdeal.com on Thu, 16 Jul, 2015. Order ID: 7312284483
Snapdeal shipped my order via GOJAVAS courier service.(order tracking code is UNISNPC10193383)
Snapdeal shipped my product on 18/07/2015.
It has been 11 days since then I have not recived my order yet.
The courier company says:
“Attempted but not Delivered – Reason:- Shipment received at incorrect branch”
This happened on 25/07/2015 and 26/07/2015
On 24 Jul 2015 my order was out for delivery but the gojavas team denied to ship the order at my location.The delivery man was calling me at another location to pick up my product.
I have wasted a lot of my precious time and money.
Please try to help me out.
