I have given my Mobile – Micromax Canvas A300 for repairing to the authorised service centre named Swastik Telecom at Malad (W) vide jobsheet no. W030602061517424965 dated 22.06.2015.The service centre infromed me that i will be collecting the same withih 25 days. When I contacted the company Call centre regarding the status, i was informed that my mobile phone is ready and i can collect it from the service centre. when i visited the Service Centre (Swastik Telecom) on 09.07.2015 they informed me that it was once again sent to the Company (Micromax) for repairing. Then Swastik Telecom sent the mobile for repairing to the company (Micromax) and give me another jobsheet no. W030602071517781001 and told me to collect the same wirhin 10 days. From then onwards whenever i called the call centre’s office they are giving the reply that i will be getting my mobile phone after 15 days.. Latest call to call centre which i made is today the 23.07.2015 vide complaint no. MMX230715661469. Previous complaint details are 11.07.2015 no. – MMX110715604557 and i have not taken the complaint details for my 3 calls. I want to know the status of my Mobile Phone, as i am suffering from Service Defect.
