Not giving me replacement or refund

More than a month ago, around 17-Jun , I filed a complain in YU customer support because my phone’s screen was broken. They asked me to courier my phone after many calls for a week. I did. Now they have my phone and they are not giving me new one. Nor they are giving me refund. Their customer support rarely works. Once they gave me waybill number and told that they have delivered my phone via Delhivery courier. I contacted delhivery courier service, they are not delivering me any package. Yu and courier service, none of them is providing me any good details, it has been more than a month, both are ignoring my calls. I don’t know what to do at this point.
