Hi Sir/Madam,
Please note that i had purchased my Lenovo mobile VibeX2 Gold(IMEI No.865375020564464) on day of launch for this handset.I believed that Lenovo is a good brand and have good specifications of the mobile phone.
I was quite excited and had recommended this phone to many of my colleagues. Performance of handset was yet to be seen,Lenovo being relatively new to this market so less end-user experience feedbacks were available with us.
Problem started few months later, when I got yellow lines on my screen and battery was getting drained very fast.I had put my complaint for these problems with service request SRIN030150327001. the display problem was solved and I got my handset back after a relatively long turnaround time.
Now,my mobile battery has got problem of heat-up/swelling within 6-7 months of buying handset.
I approached service center(HCL, sector-14 ,Gurgaon) today, they denied service even when It’s barely crossed little bit more than warranty time.
Since it’s non of my fault in handling the device and I think it is a manufacturing defect.
Please consider the same on warranty.
Looking forward for your continued support and I hope to build a very good relationship with Lenovo going forward with services being offered to end user and make my mind for worth recommending the product to other people.
