I have written to service head also vide ticket 110101462 but reply not received within time frame. I am enclosing my query record and reply received from your end as well as courier slip for the item which I have forwarded before cancellation of return order and after approval of return. Return request was accepted for 02 janasya Blue Georgette saree Under order No. 1009969065. I have raise the query many times but reply has not been received till the time. I have shared the copy courier slip also. I have opted for retaining one red bunny saree under this order. Next day I have received mail that your whole order return request has been cancelled. Whether I have forwarded the item around seven day before cancelling the order and shared the copy of courier slip. I am giving the details of query and reply received.
