I checked my online SBI account today and found four transactions of Rs. 17 each of which I know nothing about. Following are the details of the transactions:
Narration – TO TRANSFER INSUF BAL ATM DECLINE CHARGE-300615
Ref. No. TRANSFER TO 98353010779
Date – 11-July-15
The same transaction occurred 4 times today. I don’t know what this is and I want my money back.
I didn’t use my debit card or netbanking on 11-July-2015.
