i got ill trated by unqualified person

Hello Sir/Madam
I would like to ring it to your notice that last year ending I took a treatment for my hair loss from Dr Nigam, operation was decided with prior schedule but to my surprise I was operated by one of the wardboys and ANM nurse!!!!!!
I got doubt about all this and I captured 2 videos of the same operation procedure.
I can show or prove all these things. I want to claim back my money and also want to make sure he will stop this business ASAP.
I even doubt about Dr Nigam that is he 100% a dermatologist. This is secondary but this treatment is giving me irritation on my scalp and sometimes it bleeds due to simple combing of hair!!

I need help and guidance
