Shipment Not Delivered and No track of shipment # Z57466645

Hi Team,

Kindly assist me by resolving the issue with Order # Z57466645 which is not yet been delivered by DTDC. As per the timelines I product is supposed to be delivered by July, 2nd-2015. When I contacted DTDC to know the shipment status I got to know that they do not have a track of the shipment from 18th of June-2015 and got a very unethical response from DTDC.

Kindly help me out by solving the issue.
