Before asking me for patience, i would like you to the understand the pain and tensions i am having, courtesy you people. It doesn’t seem that you value customer money at all because once you have our money then it hardly matters to you whether we are happy or not. And forgot sake stop sending me your”Good Stay” messages because you people already made the hell of my vacations.
I had a booking with Hotel Everest,Colaba, Mumbai on 3rd July. But i hadn’t checked in to the same hotel because of misguiding details (have no energy left to tell it again,-so show some pain to listen the attached recordings) at the time of booking.
Because of which i checked in to Hotel supreme which cost me Rs 7600 for two rooms for one night, as i had no other choice at 9 PM in the night. I made another bookings for two days that is in P & A residency for Rs 10420 .So it seems that i had paid 10500(Everest)+7600(Supreme)+10420(P&A)= 28520 for three nights.
In total for 15 odd days of my vacations i used your portal to make my bookings for somewhere around 60000-70000 and still i have to beg for my refund.
Listen to all my recordings and provide me the expedite resolution or else i will cancel all my further bookings. Do not think that i am stuck with you. I know my consumer rights so once my vacations over i will use them.
