One of the worst services by packers and movers I have experienced in last month. The chetak packers and movers from Powai Mumbai is not actually service provider for shifting household goods but a racket running entire at powai with attractive web site and quoting very reasonable price with good discount anywhere in India.
I dealt with this chetak packers and movers from Powai who told me that within 2 days the goods will be reached at your door step with direct transport vehicle. But it went worst, the main person Mr. Jiyalal, Ramesh singh and Dharampal all three person switched off their mobile phones soon after leaving goods from Mumbai to Bangalore, latter I sent one person to their office address and found there is no any office existing. I was hanged in Bangalore hotel with my family waiting for my goods and continuously trying to call them. On 7th day they picked up my call and given driver’s mobile number and again switched off mobiles. After long struggle my household goods were received on 10th day with indirect vehicle and 50% of my goods in the boxes were damaged including fridge and scooter. Even I have paid the uploading charges and the insurance was also bogus.
Please do not deal with Chetak Cargo Packers and Movers and any of this kind of services from Powai-Mumbai.
