patym not follwoing return policy

I purchased on pair of jeggings from paytm (ORDER NO. 1028381247). I want to return the item because dispute product was sent. Paytm not taking the product and not returning my pain amount. So many times I called them still not taking any action. Please I humble request to ban the Paytm company for doing harassment customer. Here return policy(from the product site) is written below.
