I recently ordered a new ROCK MAGIC SERIES Flip Case & Covers for Samsung Galaxy S4 I9500, which I also had purchased long time back. It was good and I ordered a new one since old one was wearing out. It was recently priced at Rs 599 at the time of purchase at Amazon few days back. But when I got the product, it was very different and a cheap item. I called Amazon to take back the product, they replied that it is I who had to go and find a courier and send it to supplier directly. Amazon only collects products which are a-fulfilled. But the issue is, I have purchased it from Amazon and paid to Amazon the amount, how these people can conveneiently bow out of the matter. I have purchased the item from Amazon only. I am a very old customer of Amazon but this time I was horribly dissapointed. And the ridicules thing is, now the same product is being sold at Rs 1190 on their site. While few days back I ordered it for Rs. 599 and the order was accepted. How can one guarantee the real price of item on these sites.
Flipcart does not have such issue regarding return of wrong product.
