No deliver of orders despite two weeks

I had place two orders at PayTM website. The delivery date was 28th of June 2015.
After despite attempts to contact the PayTm representative on call , there was no response. They keep answering with auto generated mail that they shall be up with an update in 48/72 hrs. All are hoax. The website generally tracks the consignment via a third party courier service “Swapnex” . When I called the same , they reported that there are some payment issues between Paytm and Swapnex and Swapnex has stopped delivering the orders.
They people are highly unprofessional and should be punished.
