My husband Mr. Pradeep Kalra , Resident of 49 Jupiter Apartments New Delhi had purchased a 1.5 ton split air conditioner from your Croma Stores located at Janak Puri New Delhi on 21.06.2013.
He had also opted for an extended warranty for this air conditioner.
Since, beginning of the summers , this unit has been malfunctioning, I walked into your Janak Puri outlet and complained about the malfunctioning of the air conditioner to your stores manager on 23 May 2015. When there was no response for two weeks, I lodged complaints with your customer care.
The details of complaints lodged by me since June 2015 are as under :-

After each complaint, I was promised remedial action would be taken within 24hrs.
On 8thJune 2015, your service representatives visited us to look into the problem ,but didn’t provide any relief, hence, we had again follow the tedious process of logging fresh complaints. (details are given above).
Finally on 19th June 2015, after 4 days of the last complaints a service representative of Croma came to look into the matter. Both indoor and outdoor units were taken for repairs by one Mr. Amit in response to our complaint number DEL 15061SF00044.
We were informed that the air conditioner has to be taken to workshop for repairs and it would be back in three days.
I waited for a week , when the machine did not come back I called up the Corma Centre on 27.06.2015. The person who picked up the call expressed his helplessness and asked me to talk to his senior Mr. Ravi (mob no. 9266695154), when I spoke to Mr. Ravi he was extremely rude to me and told me that the has lots of air conditioners to repair and the wait time is three to four months. So I should make alternate arrangement for this summers. When I tried to reason out with him he very rudely said in hindi “Ja jis se lagwa sakti hai lagwa le”.
