Airtel do not have grievance redressal mechanism

I had ordered an Airtel DTH connection by making on online payment on 21/06/2015.
Before buying the service, I was assured of installation in SIX hours, however after the payment, even after continuous chasing with the airtel customer care no guys had come before 3 days and still the connection did not start the 3rd day, I had to again follow up pretty badly before the connection would, that was on 4th day from date of payment.
So all they gave was a fake promise and showed a tall claim.
More pathetic part was, firstly customer care person do not take complains on the helpline number given i.e. 44448080, then to make a complaint one needs to dial 12148 or 12150 which can be connected only via airtel connection. This aggravated me the most that if a person wants to make a complaint they need to get a airtel connection else one cannot file a complaint.
Secondly they have provided a email address to file a complaint which very efficiently shoots automated mails only and no material feedback can be obtained from the channel of mail as well.
To sum it up, there is no complaint filing and no redressed mechanism. All I can understand is customers are left to suffer and scream all in vain where airtel can run its business at its convenience and ease

Thirdly, upon repeated follow up with the customer care executives of airtel I had learnt that placing an online order from airtel website was my biggest mistake and I am a criminal since I did not went to a local dealer.
Last but not the least , I learnt that the airtel guy who had come for the installation gave us his personal number and asked us to give a call privately for quicker visit. Then the picture was pretty much clear to me for the reason of delay in installation of service.

All i know is a hate AIRTEL now
