I have bought DIGIFLIP PRO Tablet and received 29 June Evening and checked the product everything was ok but the volume down key on side was having problem while decreasing the volume it works intermittently. Next day i logged complained for replacement and received call from executive from flipkart. i explained the issues and she checked remotely same time i faced the problem but she denied for replacement saying that the product is Rooted….I surprised just 24 Hrs over after i received the Tab and installed some apps and configured my email ID.. I Really disappointed by the Flipkart by the way she denied. after that i checked whether this is rooted or not by installing an app advised by that lady only software name is root checker..it was clearly showing not rooted then also she denied and i asked for proof how she can say its rooted device that means flipkart is selling faulty product.
