Repeated Fraud by Relienace telecom

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am the Reliance prepaid user (no. 9702594525).

Last 36 hrs my net pack is not working , hence contacted customer care & came to know balance is low, have minimum balance, to which recharged Rs. 20.

Today I had made a talk time recharge of Rs.20, as I was told minimum 20p balance required to access data pack.

But the moment it was recharged, all my Rs.15 were deducted saying it was deducted due to over usage of net pack.

Where the fact is I already have a 2G net pack which expires today i.e. 25th June 2015. (Image attached)

This is the second time I have experienced where in cheap way my balance has been deducted.

I need my deducted balance immediate or I shall have to put in on all possible consumer forums.

Hope to see a prompt & positive reply.

Attaching snapshots specifying

1) Msg of net pack valid which is till today.

2) The link send to GPRS setting for my mobile(never opened till date).
