company sent me Defected phone

Hello sir..i purchased a xiomi mi note 4g phone from shopclues..but they delivered me a defected product…it was not charging…when i contact there customer care to replace me this product…they told me to visit nearly service center of mobile company..and shopclues told that there is 15 days replacement warrenty….and they declined my request for return product…what should i do..??
