delay and not repaired

My self Sunil Kumar Singh .my Micromax canvas 2.2 A114 mobile battery drains in 1 minutes of time .mother bord problem was also there. Two times it has gone to company but not repaired a little bit.and now it has taken a time of 70 days and not repaired.service center also expired its replacement validity. Company not providing me replacement. So two months and not repaireo phone .company not attending calls and service center manager also.so I want replacement and compensation for delay and necessary action against service center gajuwaka in Visakhapatnam is to be taken at the earliest.
