Sir, I bought lumia 630 dual sim on 3rd june 2014. A problem of call not going/recieving occured just after 9 months. I submitted my handset in nokia care in first week of may 2015. But they returned me on 31st may 2015 without repairing my handset. I instantly ran to nokia care again because problem was not repaired and I submitted my handset again.Now it has passed nearly 1 month and they are not providing my handset and customer care is saying me that if again(2nd time) you recieve your handset without repairing then submit your handset again. They also made my handset look dirty because they don’t handle with care. Sir, I am a student. They are darkening my future because I have to call customer care daily to know the status.
