My father is recovering from Brain Stroke and is bed ridden. So I opted for Lenskart home eye check up and ordered glasses from them, The deliver time mention was 7-9 days from date of order. Order was placed on 2 June 2015. Its 22nd June 2015 today and Lenskart has not delivered the order. Order numbers are 1203044405 and 1203044377. Because of my fathers disability to move freely he is facing a lot of trouble without the powered glasses and this has caused a lot of dissatisfaction and annoyance to all at home. Repeated and regular follow-ups with Lenskart has been of no help. They seem just not get affected by our concern and have standard replies with no solutions to be offered. Please help.
