This email is for the complaint of non delivery of Hyundai eon magna plus car which was booked on 30/04/2015 on the name of Dr pratik dedhia.
I have booked your Hyundai 0.8 L eon magna + car red passion colour, from the kamla landmarc cars pvt ltd, kandivali west showroom on 28/04/2015.
The entire payment of the said car was completed on 03/05/2015. (Attached receipts along with this mail).
The expected delivery time promised to me and as displayed in the showroom was 1-2 weeks.
I have failed to understand why I haven’t still received my car.
I have earlier given a complaint on 05/06/2015 ( complain no 1-153326490) on the toll free number regarding the non delivery of my car to which I haven’t got any reply.
The showroom executive Mr john along with the sales manager Mr sameer are not receiving any calls since 3 weeks.
It’s almost closing 2 months now but still I am not getting a proper reply from anybody.
Today when i personally visited the showroom it was closed and when enquired with the watchmen he said it’s closed since 3 weeks and many customers were coming and fighting for non delivery of their respective cars even after full payments.
Also it’s been reported that there is a police complaint registered at charkop police station for the same.
This is ridiculous that all the employees of a showroom have locked and are missing.
This shows that there is no intent of the showroom management to give cars to their customers even after the full payment has been done.
This is shameful from the kamla landmarc and also shameful of such a renowned company like Hyundai and till now no action has been taken from either of them.
I am writing this mail to officially report this malpractice going on at your showroom and this is a warning as many customers have joined hands and are going to the consumer forum and court.
I would be waiting for a reply asap from hyundai India or else the same would be done to report this issue by me to the press, the news channels and consumer forums.
Also I would wish to cancel my booking and ask for a complete refund of Rs 4,33,000 if the car is not provided within a weeks time.
I am extremely disappointed with the service from a top car company like Hyundai and wish nobody books a car with you.
