Downloading from Mydala

Vodafone has wrongfully deducted Rs 99 from my May 2015 postpaid bill as VAS downloads .On enquiring I was informed that I have downloaded from Mydala of which I have no idea. The same thing happened a couple of months back when they deducted Rs200 citing the same Mydala downloads. This is becoming a regular practice by Vodafone to fleece unsuspecting customers. I have never download ed anything from Mydala. I suspect Vodafone in collusion with Mydala is being unscrupulous in draining it’s valuable customers.
