Complaint againt provinding wrong information for broadband connection to customers

Hello,
I have taken the connection of wifi broadband at my house at indore.I have taken wifi connection on 21 may 2015 with plan 749 at 1 mb ps with modem.I was told that if i disconnect the broadband the wifi model will refund.I have given 1000 rs for wifi modem.i paid Rs 1000 on behalf of that it is for wifi modem.The airtel employee has convinced me that this amount is for wifi modem which is refundable if i disconnect the connection within 3 months.Now as i have not required the connection,i call to airtel employee who made the connection.Now he is telling me that 1000 rs was charged for installation not for wifi modem.But during the connection process he told me that it would be refundable.Or more the airtel employee abused me and talk to me very badly.I am very much disappointed with such fraud.I will spread this complaint as much as i can so that more user will aware of such fraud with customer.Please take action against this .The employee mobile no is 918982446594.
