Sir we bought Samsung Biosleep(AS183BBD) AC on 17/03/2012.every year we are facing a problem.in 2013 our coil of the compressor got damaged and we paid around 3500.in 2014 our compressor got damaged.even this year the same problem arised. every year we have to pay 2500-3000 some way or the other.last year they promised that no further problem will arise.and even they stated that if further problem arises they will change the machine, and it was said by a senior official of samsung.Sir please see to this matter.we have a 5 years warranty on compressor inspite of that every year problem arises.then what is the point of giving the warranty..sir please see it this matter.we need a final solution to it.
