Neither the product nor cash for my order from TVC Skyshop.

I have ordered slim tea pack of worth Rs 2180 online from TVC Skyshop on 18th April 2015.my order Id is 462243700552372.The order was placed in the name of Biswanath Kundu. And till now neither i have received the product nor the cash back. I called them a number of times but they are saying that problem will be sorted in 24-48 hrs.They dont even have any toll free number.It has been 2 months since i have placed the order.They have the worse service i have ever experienced.I feel harassed and betrayed. Kindly register my complain against TVC Skyshop.
