Im using a motorola phone (motoG 2nd gen) My phone had been damaged due to slcertain reasons.. So i approached the service centre.. They told me that your phone is water damaged.. So your warranty is void. But the manager told me that he would seek some redressal to my problems and took my phone back to his engineer. There he opened my phone. Checked it. Clicked some photos from my camera. He told me that my motherboard is damaged and your front camera, sensor, vibrator wont work. So i came home. When i came back i saw that my sensor was working but front camera and vibrator isn’t working. This means that there was no harm to motherboard as my sensor is now working. And when i checked my back camera, it was not my camera.. The clarity was weak. They probably took out my front and back camera and replaced it with an old one or a different one. I have been cheated. Please help!
