Hello ,I made a transaction of online recharge through internet banking I.e axis bank on 31st may 2015, in my vodafone no. But the recharge didn’t happen. on 1st I get a message that 451 has been deducted from my account. I called up vodafone services, they said that recharge didn’t happen so I should better talk with axis bank for amount refundable. I waited for 7 days but amount didn’t get credited .on 12th June, I called up axis bank helpline no. they have given me a complaint reference no. and asked to wait for 2 days and I will get my money back. But again when I checked my bank statement after almost 4 days, I didn’t got my money back. So on 16th june, I again called up axis bank helpline no…and they again given be a complaint reference no . a5nd asked me to wait for 2 days.

Please help me so that i can get my refund amount .
