This complaint is regarding the disputed payment towards ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD No. 5176370061401000.I am also banking with ICICI Bank and also have Icici bank Debit cards.
The dispute is that the credit card payment was due to delay in payment and bank charges interest and interest on interest.there is no outstanding amount of any credit card purchase or useof any service. I have communicated with the credit card department many times as far back as 2011.The bank never bothered communicate with me. the amount accrued and totalled to 6377.44.
the bank sent me a lein letter dated 5th June 2015 threatening me to attach my bank accounts.please guide me.
